Sign up for a single account or a monthly account and see what you think. Join one of our training sessions and invite your team to join. Send a sample presentation. Hopefully after the trial phase we’ll have won you over and we can figure out more accounts, together.
If you want to jump right in, that’s wonderful news too! Take a look at this page and head back the the sign-up page to finalize your choices.
An office account is (1) PlantMaster account that can be shared by the members of your office. There is one login for this account so the branding, logo, and contact information will be the same for everyone. We recommend that no more than 3 people use this account. Office Accounts are perfect for smaller companies, businesses with offices that have people working on the same projects, or designers working at different times.
Keep all your plants, palettes, and projects in one place for everyone to use! Since it’s a single account for your team to share, you can easily update plant information, images, etc. for everyone.
If you run a smaller company and want to see what everyone is working on, an Office Account makes it easy to jump right in.
If you have designers, office managers, project managers, and other team members accessing PlantMaster at different times, it makes sense to share an account rather than paying for everyone have their own separate accounts.
Office Accounts are a great first step if you have multiple users. You can always add Multiple Accounts or make changes later. If you aren’t sure where to start, but know you need a Multi-User Account – Start here and try an Office Account.

Contact us and let us know you want an Office Account. We’ll get everything ready for you!
Decide what email you want to use for the account. Remember, this email will be used to login and will be visible on all reports and presentations.
Add your company logo, branding, and contact information. Then share the account login information with your team.
This works best for up to 3 users. You can work on different projects at the same time. But please be careful working on the same project. You may save over each other’s work.
If you have a larger office or a lot of users, you’ll have a lot of cooks in the kitchen. If you have more than 3 people using the account, you may start to trip over each other. Make sure to double check which project you are working in at the start of every work session, or you may find yourself working in someone else’s project.
Since it’s a single, shared account- you can’t send out personalized presentations or reports. So if everyone wants to personally brand their presentations and reports, you will need multiple accounts.
You want keep your projects and palettes separate from other designers.
You’re a horticulturist or lead designer and need to use the account heavily without concern about others editing your palettes and plant information.
If your company has a lot of designers, a ton of projects, or if you’re building a large library of plant palettes – it may make more sense for some of your team to have their own accounts instead of sharing one Office Account.
“Yesterday was the first time we used the PlantMaster “presentation” to go over planting ideas/palette with a client. Our client was thrilled with it and said it went great! I thought you’d like to know our client is very happy!”
– Amanda Rue | Rue Group, Inc.
A Multiple Account is essentially an additional account account for one user. We offer these accounts at a discounted rate. You will have all the same tools as an individual account, but you won’t be paying full price.
Multiple Accounts are best for designers, horticulturists, or anyone who wants to keep their work highly organized or wants to work separately without concern about anyone else changing their work.
Great if you are horticulturist or have a ton of projects/plants. Keep your information separate and organized the way you want.
No concerns with others saving over work or making any changes to your projects.
Because this is an individual account, you won’t have to worry about anyone making changes to your plant records, palettes, or projects. If you have a lot of projects or palettes, it’s the best way to keep yourself organized.
If you are the horticulturist for your company, having your own account is a great way to keep all your custom plants and palettes separate from the rest of your team. You can create plant palettes and send them to any account.
Determine how many people you want to have their own accounts. Then contact us so we can set up the accounts and organize the billing so you only pay once per year.
We’ll send you all the information for the new accounts so you can share it with your team members, or we can send them invitations directly.
These accounts are truly individual, which means that you will need to share projects, plants, palettes in a specific way. We’ll schedule a time with your team to to train everyone on the best ways to work together.
Multiple Accounts are truly “individual” accounts. Which means they are not connected to each other (we’re working towards syncing accounts). If you want to collaborate on the same project, you can easily import/export a version to another designer, they can make changes and send it back to you. There are some clever ways to organize joint projects, but please know that at this time there are no tools to sync projects or palettes between two users.
If you are the owner of the company and want to see all your company projects at a glance, your team will need to send those projects to your account or share their passwords with you so you can review their work.
If either of these items are a huge issue, we recommend trying the Office Account first – you can always change or add more accounts later.
You don’t have to pick between an Office Account or Multiple Accounts, you can combine these options however it works best. You may want your horticulturist to have their own account and the rest of the office share an Office account. Or you may want each location to have an Office Account, and the owner has their own personal account.
If you aren’t sure what makes the most sense, please contact us at multiusers@plantmaster.com and we can figure it out together.

Yes and No. If you already have an account and go through the signup form to add more accounts, you will have a different billing date for each signup.
However, if you prefer to have your card charged once, we will need to update the billing system to bill you once. We will also prorate or discount the Multi-User Accounts to make sure you aren’t being overcharged and ensure you have one payment per year.
Simply put, just talk to us and so we can set it up.
If you have an Office account, you can simply log in to the account and go to “Manage My Projects” to see the complete list of projects. If you have multiple accounts, you will need to log in to each account separately to see each person’s projects. Or, you can request that each designer send you their current projects and you can review them in your own account.
If you need to make any changes, including removing an account or closing the account altogether, please email us or give us a call. We’ll make the changes quickly!
