If you have any trouble or need help, it’s so much faster to just contact us than try to figure it out on your own. Not only can we help you find the right tools, but we can help you figure out the best order to work. We’ll share all our hacks and tricks to get the most out of the software.

It’s frustrating to get stuck and then wait forever for help. We’ll get you answers within a few hours (we usually get back to you within a few minutes).

We all learn differently. Check out our personalized training every Tuesday and Thursday. Walk through the key elements of the software, THEN spend as much time as you need asking questions about your specific workflow.

 

It’s a great way to get up to speed quickly.

 

Join multiple times and learn new tools each session!

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 PM Pacific. 

We’ll add your plants.

We pride ourselves on having the right plants, but it’s impossible to have EVERY plant. Therefore, we’ll make sure you have the plants you need for every project. Here is our offer – if there are plants you need for your CURRENT project (not just a wishlist of every plant) we’ll add them to the database for you (and everyone else). If you feed us your plant lists 1-2 plants at a time, we can help all of our customers slowly grow their library.

 

And if that isn’t fast enough, please remember the database is completely open so you can add your own plants, images, or amend any of the plant records at any point.

We take your requests to heart.

PlantMaster should be built to work for you. We take your suggestions and recommendations to heart.

 

And if you ask around, we usually implement your suggestions quickly. After all, this is our family business.

 

While we can’t accommodate every feature, we will go out our way to include as many as we can! Send us your suggestions – they help everyone!

We’ll get back to you within a hour (usually faster!).

 

If you’re someone who learns by seeing the software in action, join a training session and you’ll be an expert in about an hour!

I'm not a computer expert - can you help me get up to speed?

Yes! If you aren’t super comfortable on a computer or learning new software – you need to join a training session. We can go through PlantMaster together and make sure you’re familiar with how it’s organized and how everything works.

How do I request plants?

Send them to us. Please send your plant requests to Gerry Kiffe – gerry@plantmaster.com

 

Just remember that we get a TON of plant requests, so please send only the plants you need for your current projects. That way we can help everyone!

Is it hard to learn PlantMaster?

Great question! PlantMaster is incredibly easy to learn. One of our biggest compliments is how simple it is to use.  We offer step by step training when you sign up, and you can always join one of our video training sessions to see everything in action!
