Beautiful plant reports, ready the moment your plants are organized.

Getting final signoff or feedback on your plant choices is easily one of the most time-consuming parts of any project. But what if it wasn’t?
Usually, you walk your clients through the plant palette, discuss ideas, and go back and forth by email – and for every conversation or iteration, you have to put together new images, new layouts, and a new version to send them.
Save time and send a plant feedback form instead.

Think of the plant feedback form as a link to survey.
PlantMaster creates it automatically from the plants you’ve already added to your project.
When you’re ready for feedback, send a link to the form. Your client will see a custom webpage that lists each plant (plus an image!) and the option to react – love it, like it, don’t like it. They go through the list, submit their responses, and their feedback is sent directly to your inbox.
Your client will love being included in the design process, even if you don’t want them weighing in on every plant choice.
We’ve found that by showing them the plant images and asking for their feedback, you invite them in as a collaborator. And with this invitation they start to be less critical – only commenting on the plants they feel strongly about one way or another.
Now that they’re invested, they approve the design and plants faster.

Every plant in the form shows a thumbnail image and the plant name.
Click on either one to see the full plant record – complete with more images, full plant details, everything your client would need to see before deciding.
They click when they’re curious and move on when they’re not.
Your client will love being included in the process, even if you don’t want them weighing in on every plant choice.
Showing the plant images and asking for feedback tends to work in your favor – we’ve found that most clients only comment on the plants they feel strongly about one way or another.
And because they feel involved, they get more invested, and approve the design and plants faster.

At the beginning stages, consider keeping a short list. It doesn’t need to be the final plant palette.
Here’s what I’m thinking of for our focal points or here a few trees to consider.
Send just enough to get a read on your client’s taste before you commit to a direction.
Later in the project, send the full plant list, but feel free to instruct your client to only fill out what they absolutely love and what they absolutely don’t.
They should trust your design instincts for everything in between – and asking for their buy-in makes them feel like part of the team, and again, a client who feels like part of the team approves plants faster.
“One of the most important item to convey to clients is plant images and information. PlantMaster enables me to present a comprehensive package with several photo images per plant.
Various reports and general plant information can be presented as well, all in an easy-to-use format for the client.”
